Shipping Policy

 

We ship worldwide! However, certain products may be restricted from international delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days (often sooner).

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated by package weight and destination.

  • Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary First Class shipping.

Note: EclipseGrafx is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer Navidium Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

  • If you choose Navidium, your order will be replaced or credited in the event of loss or theft.

  • If an item is out of stock, you may choose a replacement of equal value or receive store credit.

  • If Navidium is not selected, we unfortunately cannot assist with lost or stolen packages, and resolution will depend solely on USPS

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! Here's how returns work:

 Returns

  • Items must be new, unopened, and returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be issued for the item subtotal, minus original shipping and any processing fees.

  • Returned items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

 Final Sale Items

  • All clothing and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us at info@eclipsegrafx.com. Cancellation terms vary by timing:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours: Full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Orders over $50, canceled after 24 hours: 10% restocking fee applies.

  • Orders canceled after 1 week or ready to ship: 10% restocking fee, regardless of order size.

  • If the order has shipped, you may refuse delivery. A refund will be issued once returned, minus shipping and fees. 

Order Error Policy

We strive for accuracy, but if a mistake happens, we’ll make it right.

  • Errors under $5: We’ll issue store credit, and as a courtesy, add $2 extra to the credit amount.

  • Errors over $5: We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

How to Report an Error

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Defective or Missing Items

  • Missing item? Email us at info@eclipsegrafx.com within 15 days, and we’ll issue store credit.

  • Defective item? Send a photo to the same email. If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue store credit if it’s out of stock.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable and you’d like it reshipped, a $3.00 reshipping fee will apply.

 

Product Safety Notice

Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
By placing an order, you accept responsibility for keeping these items out of reach of small children and release EclipseGrafx from any related liability
