Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you no longer want the items you ordered, you may return them as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued for the product subtotal, minus original shipping costs and any applicable processing fees.

No refund will be issued if the item is returned with damage, wear, or signs of use.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation. Please note the following terms:

All cancellations are subject to any payment processing fees already incurred.

Orders over $50 cancelled after 24 hours of purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after 1 week of purchase and marked as ready to ship will also incur a 10% restocking fee, regardless of order amount.
If your order has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive it back, a refund will be issued minus shipping and any applicable fees.
For orders over $100, cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Missing Items
If your order is missing an item, please contact us at info@eclipsegrafx.com within 15 days of delivery. We will do our best to correct the error, and store credit will be issued for the missing item.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please email us at info@eclipsegrafx.com within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the defect.

If the defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs.

If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.
Order Error
We take great care in fulfilling your order accurately. However, if a mistake does occur, we’re here to make it right.

Errors under $10: If the total value of the error is $10 or less, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Errors over $10: For larger errors, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement item or a refund, at our discretion.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within [5 days] of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the error so we can better assess the situation.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable and needs to be reshipped, a $5.00 shipping fee will apply.
Final Sale Items

All clothing items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
International Orders
EclipseGrafx is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or local taxes associated with international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
